Where will my surgery be performed?

Cosmetic procedures are usually performed at an accredited private surgery centre. However, the exact nature of procedure and your health sometimes require that your surgery be performed in the hospital. Dr. Sunderland has operating and admitting privileges at all hospitals in the Saskatoon Health Region.

Reconstructive procedures are performed in Saskatoon at St. Paul’s Hospital or the Royal University Hospital.

You will have the opportunity to discuss this with Dr. Sunderland at the consultation.

Will I have a scar?

Dr. Sunderland will use meticulous surgical technique in every procedure to ensure the best possible results.

How much will my cosmetic procedure cost?

Each procedure is individualized and therefore operative times and complexity may vary. Please contact Dr. Sunderland’s office for average costs of various procedures. In some cases, Dr. Sunderland may request that you have tests and/or consultations with other specialists prior to your surgery to ensure that you are healthy and the procedure can be done safely.
